Multi-Purpose Entertainment Centre
Our Multi-Purpose Event Centre will play host to concerts, trade shows, conventions, NCAA basketball, NHL and NBA training camps and exhibition games
International Hotel
Our five star hotel will be an international brand with over 100 rooms and up to 75 condos. The Cayman Convention Centre will contain a 120,000 sq. ft. Grand Ballroom with seating and/or dining for up to 10,000 patrons. The Grand Ballroom can be subdivided into four 30,000 sq. ft. rooms.
Waterfront
Our Waterfront Retail will feature six mega restaurant spaces overlooking the ocean. Each space will be a two floors for a total of up to 15,000 sq. ft. per brand and feature seating for up to 600 patrons. Retail space will range from 500 sq. ft. to 5000 sq. ft.
